Sometimes you just want to have control over your entire Flat Lay! Look no further! This Mockup Scene Creator features everything that The Sophisticated Entrepreneur has on their desk. Sometimes less is more! I love the minimalist look and sourced pieces that I would use in my own setting. Objects were shot individually and painstakingly clipped just for you (anyone who knows Photoshop knows what I mean! đ )
In this quick little Photoshop video tutorial (6:45), I will show you how to use the Mockup Scene Creator from Flat Lay Studio to create your own stunning flat lays. I shot these series of desktop digital assets to help the everyday entrepreneur gain more control of their flat lay compositions. I will be continuing to add more assets to my library and create more compilations. In the meantime, this is a tutorial on how to generate scenes in Photoshop using the files I created.
The most important part of any digitally created flat lay is the correct use of drop shadows! I have seen far too many flat lays look unrealistic with improper use of shadowing techniques. In the tutorial, I will show you why.
